Juan Trillas is an Account Executive for Bimbo Bakeries, USA, the American Corporate arm of Grupo Bimbo, the world’s largest baking company.
Juan began his bakery career in 1987, working for the San Francisco French Bread Company, makers of Colombo, Parisian & Toscana french bread brands. Ten years later he joined Earthgrains Baking Company as a route sales representative and took on an accounts position in 2008. In 2011, Juan became a Portfolio Development Manager for Sara Lee. Bimbo Bakeries USA purchased Sara Lee’s Fresh Bakery operations in 2011.
Juan also serves as the 92nd Illuminators Headlite. The Illuminators is an organization of vendors and suppliers dedicated to developing and enhancing key relationships within the grocery industry, providing opportunities for education and leadership, and supporting the Illuminators Educational Foundation.
